Fabia Bates

Fabia has been working in the CCI sector for almost a decade, most recently as employee volunteering development director for Business in the Community and chief executive of Business Community Connections. Fabia specialises in helping companies to develop their CCI strategies, with a focus on enabling them to optimise positive impact on their chosen cause or community, as well as leading on all employee volunteering projects and acting as principle client liaison for redcci.

Jamie Thomas

Jamie is founder and CEO of redcci's parent body, Red Foundation. A former government grant maker and charity marketing director, Jamie provides specialist advice on donating to charities, scoping innovative projects for investment, and pr and communications within the third sector.

Gudrun Limbrick

Gudrun leads on redcci's measuring and evaluation projects. She has over 15 years experience of research and evaluation of community and volunteering projects and initiatives, with specialism in community mapping and needs analysis and multi-perspective project evaluation.
